Delivery within Australia
I send my orders via Australia Post. This will usually be within one week.
Postage of small and medium pieces will cost $10.
Delivery overseas
This usually depends on the weight of a piece however the average size doesn’t cost more then $40 and the small miniatures are easy to post
If the wrong delivery address is given and a parcel is returned to sender, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to re pay for postage.
If you are not happy with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, for an exchange or refund minus postage costs. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the work. But more importantly than all that, feel free to email me to discuss anything about your purchase.
Care
I recommend hand washing for hand made ceramics, similar to the way you take care of a winter jumper. You dont usually put them in the washing machine or the dryer.
A little tip is if the interior of a cup or shape has a stain a little bit of bi-carb rubbed into it and rinsed out will usually take it away – like strong coffee stains….
